The Position

Hold Security, LLC is seeking a qualified individual for an Information Security Sales Executive position at our Milwaukee, WI location. The Sales Executive position requires an individual who can build strong relationships with our current clients, prospect and deliver new accounts, and grow our business. Remote opportunities may be considered for highly qualified individuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically drive new business in selected accounts in close synergy with the engineering and account teams to leverage our consultative services to assist potential clients.
  • Build in-depth knowledge of clients’ business and information security priorities, challenges and initiatives that can be translated into Hold Security solution opportunities.
  • Build value-added relationships and lead solutions sales campaigns within large accounts.
  • Demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and formal presentation skills to client audiences ranging from technical implementers through C-suite level.
  • Demonstrate a broad understanding of technology as it relates cyber security.

Our Ideal Person will have

  • Proven experience driving strategic consulting services into new and existing accounts while consistently achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual goals by generating and maintaining a qualified pipeline.
  • Capability to independently prospect and conduct new meetings on a consistent basis.
  • Ability to effectively leverage industry competencies to advance account relationships.
  • Skills to cultivate client relationships throughout the sales and delivery process for mutual long-term success.
  • Ability to obtain and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of company’s solutions, to uncover needs and create value-based solutions for the clients.
  • Possession of excellent information gathering skills to communicate client business needs and deliver to the team for further evaluation.
  • Ability to develop business solutions for clients and communicating them through design documents, written proposals, and presentations.
  • Industry experience.
