About the Position:
As a Relationship Manager, you will be tasked with maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients and pipeline opportunities. Your responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining effective communication with our clients to establish a main point of contact for all relationship-related tasks. You will ensure high-level of client satisfaction with products and services and serve as a main contact for business-related inquiries.
In this position, you will utilize your people skills to establish and enhance positive relations with clients from technical resources to business leaders. Your understanding of our products and services will showcase your technical knowledge. This position will also focus on growing your excellent verbal and written communication skills; as well as, organizational and follow-through skills that are crucial to the success of this position.
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- A high level of communication, organization and project management skills
- Strong background in account management
- Previous experience within IT and Information Security is strongly preferred
- 3+ years working in information technology, project management, or leadership role
A bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or equivalent education/experience preferred.
